Wheelhouse is happy to announce its latest integration with Hostfully — a platform that allows any vacation rental manager to scale their property management business quickly and effectively. Utilizing a host of operational features, you can now effectively improve your earning potential by automating pricing and listing management all in one place.

Hostfully allows you to distribute your listings on all the major channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway (VRBO), TripAdvisor and more to ensure you’re managing systems better than ever.
Hostfully provides you with a centralized calendar that allows you to view all your properties and bookings in one location. You can place holds on your calendar to decide on the inquiries you want for your customers, then handle all booking and check-in details from one unified calendar.
Hostfully will allow you to automatically send personalized SMS messages to your guests, as well as submitting payments and tracking customers for support issues and potential rebookings.

Hostfully provides detailed analytics on property performance, which will help you better understand which channels are driving the most bookings and revenue to your business.
Hostfully provides a rich set of integrations that will ensure better guest management, cleaning management, digital signatures, email marketing, and smart home solutions to further evolve your listing management with software specifically designed for the property manager to grow and improve their business.

Here’s how to get started

01. If you haven’t already, register an account with Wheelhouse!

02. Once you’re on the Wheelhouse dashboard, You can connect a listing from your dashboard by clicking on “Connect a listing” on the upper right corner.

03. Once you’re on the page below, click on the Hostfully logo.

04. To connect your Hostfully account, click on “Connect your Hostfully account” (as shown below) to log into Hostfully.

5. Once logged in, you will need to go to Hostfully’s Integration page and turn on Wheelhouse. You can find it underneath Dynamic Pricing Tools. Flip the switch to turning it on.

6. If you want to activate Wheelhouse for all of your listings, ensure you turn on each listing. After you flip the switch and turn Wheelhouse on to Hostfully, click on the “Settings” button and turn on each listing.
