We want you to choose whichever pricing plan will maximize the profitability of your portfolio on a monthly basis. 

So, we’ve put together two compassionate pricing options for you to choose from depending on your portfolio’s unique situation.

Flexibility.

 
No contract required.
No need to sign an annual agreement! We bill monthly, you are able to turn pricing off at anytime. 
 
Split your portfolio.
Split your portfolio on a listing-by-listing basis between the Flex and Flat plans depending on revenue/occupancy numbers, listings availability, market conditions, etc. 
 
Switch it up.
At month’s end you’re able to switch listings between plans when market conditions, home owner situations, etc. change.
