You are able to create 3 CompSets per listings, and you can edit those CompSets however you please.
Yes!
Wheelhouse's recommended Competitive Set automatically detects listings that are similar in attributes, but pricing differently than you. This ensures you are seeing different pricing strategies in your market, and can learn from new/novel approaches to pricing.
For your own Competitive Set(s), you can edit your sets to focus on any specific set of inventory.
For example, if you had a 2-bedroom listing, you might only want to view your performance against 2 bedrooms.
Or, if your property is luxury, you might only want to see the highest quality listings.
Or, if your property was on a beach, you might want to create a set with only beach-front listings.
Or, if you are a property manager, you might only care about homes managed by other local property managers.
We believe all of these views are valuable.

We are constantly observing your market to detect new competitors, or listings that are booking differently than your listings.
We update the Wheelhouse recommended Competitive Set for each listing on a weekly basis.
We analyze listings from every major OTA, in every country inventory is sold. There is a very high probability that we have all of your competitor's listings in our CompSet tool. However, if aren't able to find a listing that you know exists, please let us know!
