Alex is the Head of the Data Science team at Wheelhouse.
Alex has been building pricing models for the short-term rental spcae for 12+ years (seriously!), and has contributed to what is now likely the world's largest and longest running survival model.
Before joining Wheelhouse, Alex worked at Norsk Regnesentral, the leading Stats & ML consulting team in Norway for 14 years, where he developed multiple models that our team leveraged.
Alex got his PhD in Statistics at the University of Washington, after graduating from Amherst with a degree in Mathematics.
