Matthew Berg is an experienced real estate investor and advisor across various property types including multifamily, residential, office, retail and hospitality properties. Matt has experience representing lenders on large loan portfolios and securities backed by hotel portfolios, single family residential homes and multifamily properties.
Prior to leading partnerships at Wheelhouse, Matt worked with Wheelhouse’s predecessor company on the real estate team helping with acquisitions of properties to lease, manage and own.
